RETURN POLICY

General

In order to return products, please contact us customerservice@karmen-pedaru.com. Please include your order number and the reason for your return; we highly appreciate your feedback.

All returns must be returned to us within 14 calendar days from the date you received your order. We will send you a complimentary return slip to your e-mail address. If you choose another shipping provider, you will have to cover the return shipping cost yourself.

All returned products must be unused and folded with all tags attached as per the order, together with the sealed original sales packaging, including the tissue paper inside and outside the sales packaging. Before sending, please ensure your shipping package is securely sealed to avoid any damage and has the correct documentation attached.

If the products returned to us have been used, worn, damaged, washed or you have not returned the product packaging of the, we have the right to set off the amount of money required to restore the products and/or packaging.

We will refund your return within 30 calendar days after receiving the products, unless you have requested an exchange of the products. The money will be returned to you to the same account from which the payment was made. Please note that the initial shipping fee will not be refunded.

We are unfortunately unable to take responsibility for local customs, import duties and levies in the country to which the products are shipped.

Exchange

To exchange the item for a different size, please return it and place a new order.

We will only accept your return if the returned products are unused and folded with all tags attached as per the order, together with the sealed original sales packaging, including the tissue paper inside and outside the sales packaging.
